FAQS

  • To find out if you’re pregnant, start with a free, lab-quality pregnancy test at our center. Our tests are over 99% accurate at detecting pregnancy hormones.

Your visit is completely confidential, and you don’t need insurance or payment. If your test is positive and you’re eligible, you can also get a free, limited ultrasound at the same appointment to learn how far along you are.

  • Most people can get pregnant during a two- to three-day window in their menstrual cycle, usually about two weeks after their last period starts.

Counting the days from your last period can help you guess your ovulation window and when you might have conceived. But the most accurate way to know how far along you are is through an ultrasound. Because babies grow at a steady rate in early pregnancy, an ultrasound can give a clearer answer than an online calculator.

  • The amount of pain you might feel during an abortion can be different for everyone. It depends on your body, your pain tolerance, the type of abortion, and how far along the pregnancy is.

If you have questions or want to talk about what to expect, you can discuss these details with a nurse at your appointment.

  • Yes, all our services are free and confidential. You don’t need insurance, and we’re here to give you real answers and practical support so you can make the best decision for your future.

  • All our services are confidential and private, no matter your age. You’re welcome to come alone or bring a friend or parent with you. It ’s completely up to you.

  • We do not provide or refer for abortion or birth control. The information we share is for education and support only.

We know facing an unexpected pregnancy can feel overwhelming. If you want a safe, confidential space to talk through your options, we’re here for you. Book an appointment or text us anytime. Nurses are available 24/7, and you can ask anything.
