Whether you're just a few weeks in or further along, there's a simple way to approximate your conception date using basic cycle tracking.   ## What Date Did I Conceive? Most people ovulate once per cycle, and the ovulation window—the time when an egg is released and pregnancy is possible—usually happens about 14 days after the start of your last menstrual period.
